Automation the technique of making an apparatus, process, a system operate automatically. This era is called as industry 4.0 we live in AL/ML things like phones, laptop, etc.

We are becoming more reliant on machines. Automation saves time but the cost-benefit might not agree. Robotic process automation is used to automate the repetitive desktop and web procedures. Cognitive automation using machine learning algorithms to enable semantic search (Google), Natural Language Processing (Siri, Alexa) and predictive analytics.

While considering automation we should think about: Cost benefits, statement of purpose
